Pricing FAQs
What counts as an "order"?
We process all store orders to support wallet features like purchase history, loyalty campaigns, and customer profiles. We only count orders linked to JeriCommerce's built-in loyalty system. If you use a third-party loyalty solution, those orders are not counted.
What happens if I exceed my plan's card limit?
You'll be charged a small fee per additional card. For Growth: €25 per 1,000 extra cards. Advanced and Enterprise pricing is adjusted by volume. Only one installed pass is counted per customer and platform, even if available on multiple devices.
Can I switch plans at any time?
You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades are not available for active plans. Enterprise works as an annual contract.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Free, Growth, and Advanced plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime. Enterprise plans are annual contracts with custom terms.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is available for Growth and Advanced plans with a discount. Contact us for details. Enterprise plans are billed annually by default.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice. All payments are processed securely through Shopify billing.
Is the referral program included in all plans?
The referral program is available on Growth and above as an add-on for +€15/month. Customers share referral links from their wallet pass, with rewards for both the advocate and the friend.
What does "remove JeriCommerce branding" mean?
On the Free and Growth plans, a small "Powered by JeriCommerce" badge appears on your wallet passes and customer-facing pages. On Advanced and Enterprise, you can remove this for a fully white-label experience.
What's included in the launch plan?
The dedicated launch plan (Advanced and Enterprise) includes a personalized onboarding session, help configuring your loyalty program, wallet pass design review, and a go-live checklist to ensure a smooth rollout.
Can I try Growth or Advanced before committing?
Yes. The Free plan lets you set up and test your loyalty program before going live. When you're ready to launch, upgrade to Growth or Advanced. Monthly plans have no long-term commitment, so you can cancel anytime.
What does "quarterly monitoring" include?
Enterprise customers receive quarterly program reviews with a dedicated account manager. This includes performance analysis, optimization recommendations, and strategic advice to maximize your loyalty program ROI.
