When the Custom Fields feature is enabled on an integration, JeriCommerce automatically synchronizes key customer data with your connected platforms. This keeps your customer profiles up to date across tools, enabling personalized marketing, segmentation, and automation.
Go to Settings > Integrations, select your platform (Shopify or Klaviyo), and toggle on the Custom Fields feature. Then save.
Once enabled, a bulk sync runs automatically to populate all existing customer profiles. After that, each property updates in real time as the underlying data changes.
The following customer properties are synced to every platform that has Custom Fields enabled. The property names may vary slightly depending on the platform — see the platform-specific guides for exact field mappings.
