The JeriCommerce Analytics Dashboard is your command center for measuring the performance of your marketing and loyalty strategies. Here, you can visualize key metrics that will enable you to understand the impact of your Wallet Passes and make informed decisions to scale your business. JeriCommerce is designed to enhance customer engagement, increasing loyalty and conversion, and the Analytics section is fundamental to achieving this.
To access your Analytics dashboard, simply navigate to the "Analytics" section in the left-hand menu of your JeriCommerce platform.

Events (Klaviyo Integration): This option allows you to send all JeriCommerce events to Klaviyo. This enriches your customer data in Klaviyo, enabling you to create more sophisticated and personalized automated marketing flows.
Segments (Klaviyo Integration): This feature, located under the Klaviyo configuration, allows you to sync Klaviyo segments to enable notifications based on them. This is fundamental for the personalized and segmented campaigns that JeriCommerce facilitates, maximizing personalization and impact.
Download Link Sync: This feature, visible under the Klaviyo configuration, allows you to add a customer property for the download link. This is crucial for tracking and attributing Wallet Pass downloads, especially when direct download links are sent via email campaigns (e.g., with Klaviyo).
