See and Redeem Customer Rewards on Shopify POS

With the Customer Rewards tile, you can check a customer’s available points and redeem rewards directly into the Shopify POS cart. This makes it easy to apply discounts without leaving the checkout flow.

How it works

1. Open the Customer Rewards tile
   • From your Shopify POS home, tap the Customer Rewards tile.
   • You’ll see the customer’s current balance and a list of available rewards.

1. Check available rewards
   • Rewards are shown with the points required to redeem.
   • If the customer has enough points, the reward will appear as Redeemable.
     
2. Redeem a reward
   • Tap Redeem reward on an available option.
   • The system generates a coupon and applies it automatically to the POS cart.
3. Confirm in the cart
   • The discount will appear under Cart discount in the order summary.
     
4. Proceed to checkout
   • Complete the transaction as usual.
   • The customer receives their discount instantly.

This tile works alongside the other JeriCommerce loyalty tiles (Scanner Cards,  Balance Adjustment) to give a complete in-store loyalty experience.
