Our loyalty integration allows you to manage the customer's balance directly from the admin app.
Within the Shopify app, navigate to the customer's profile and click the "Change Balance" link next to the points.
There, you can increase or decrease the balance and add a reason to identify the purpose of this balance change.
On Shopify Flows, you can connect multiple apps and trigger various customer actions. From there, you can use the "Increase Balance" and "Decrease Balance" actions from JeriCommerce.
We offer two actions to change the customer balance. You only need the customer's email, the balance (always positive for both actions), and a field for the reason for the transaction. These actions work for the Loyalty Lion integration and, of course, for the JeriCommerce loyalty system.
Alternatively, you can manage the customer's balance from the Shopify POS by installing the "Loyalty" tile from the jericommerce app.
This will enable you to view the customer's current balance, which is already added to the cart (Follow the guide to scan the wallet pass and associate it with a customer).
By clicking on it, you'll see a similar interface to the admin area, allowing you to increase or decrease the balance and add a reason for the change.
This balance change will be applied immediately, not after completing the payment or finishing the order.
