JeriCommerce Loyalty is the built-in loyalty program that integrates seamlessly with your JeriCommerce Wallet Pass. It’s designed for brands that want a simple, integrated way to manage points, rewards, and loyalty flows directly within the JeriCommerce platform—without relying on third-party providers.

What’s Included in JeriCommerce Loyalty

1. Earning Flows

Create automations for customers to earn points based on specific actions. These are fully configurable in the JeriCommerce admin under the Earning Flows section.

Available earning actions:

• Purchase-based: Set points per euro spent. Learn how it works.
• Referral-based: Reward customers when their referred friend completes a key action (e.g., signup, first purchase). Learn how it works.
• Other actions (coming soon): Welcome, birthday, etc.

Each flow is rule-based and can include limits and conditions.

2. Reward System

The built-in rewards system is an excellent way to engage your loyal customers. It offers gifts based on their spending in your shop and their interactions with your brand, such as installing the loyalty card or making purchases.Design the incentives that customers can redeem using their earned points. All rewards are fully customizable.

Supported reward types:

• Fixed discount (e.g., €5 off)
• Percentage discount (e.g., 10% off)
• Free shipping
• Free product or gift

All rewards are synced with Shopify via discount codes.

3. Coupons

Coupons are an excellent loyalty tool for promotions or to re-engage customers who haven't visited the store in a long time. These coupons are similar to gift cards, but only customers with the loyalty card can receive them.

• Coupons are generated automatically as part of rewards.
• They can be delivered via the Wallet Pass or email/SMS.
• You can track redemptions in your Shopify dashboard.

4. Labels and Customization

• Customize how points, rewards, and messages appear in the Wallet Pass.
• Set the point name (e.g., Stars, Coins) and reward naming.
• Define terms shown on the pass or user interfaces

What’s Not Included

JeriCommerce Loyalty does not include:

• VIP Tiers or Tiered Programs
• Advanced earning (coming soon)

If you need tiered loyalty programs, you’ll need to integrate a third-party system like LoyaltyLion. These tiers will still appear in the Wallet if integrated.

For Advanced flows you can configure flows through Shopify flow using some of our pre-built templates or creating new workflows with Wallet Pass triggers and actions.

When to Use JeriCommerce Loyalty

JeriCommerce Loyalty is ideal if:

• You want a fast and easy loyalty setup directly inside Shopify.
• You don’t need advanced segmentation or tier systems.

Example Setup

• Earn 1 point per €1 spent
• Refer a friend and earn 500 points when they place their first order
• Redeem 500 points for a €5 discount‍

Wallet Integration

All points and rewards are visible from the Loyalty Card. Users can:

• Check current point balance
• View and redeem available rewards
• Access referral links
