The points awarded are a fixed amount you define for each social network. Each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube) can have its own reward value.
The process works as follows:
⚠️ Important: The points are given per platform, not per click. Once a customer has earned points for following you on a specific network, they cannot earn points again for the same action.
The merchant enables the “Credit Points when following us” flow and sets these values:
A customer opens their loyalty card, clicks the Instagram link, and follows the brand. They immediately receive 10 points.
Later, the same customer clicks the TikTok link and follows there too—they receive 15 points more.
If the customer clicks Instagram again, no additional points are credited, since the action has already been rewarded.
