The JeriCommerce Tier System provides a robust and flexible way to recognize and reward your most engaged customers. It allows you to create multiple status levels (tiers) for customers based on their spending or loyalty points earned. Customers automatically progress through these tiers as they engage with your loyalty program, unlocking new benefits and recognition.
This system handles real-time updates when customers make purchases , ensures fair treatment (reward redemptions do not penalize tier status) , and manages periodic status reviews through an automatic Recalculation process.
