Notification Delivery Modes
When multiple events occur at once—such as a customer earning points and reaching a new tier in a single transaction—you can choose between two delivery strategies: AI Synthesis or Priority.
1. Priority Mode
Priority mode allows you to establish a manual hierarchy for your communications. This is ideal for brands that want to ensure specific messages are seen first.
Sequential Delivery: The system sends the highest-priority notification immediately.
The 10-Second Buffer: To avoid cluttering the user's device, subsequent notifications are sent at 10-second intervals.
Relevance Filtering: If multiple triggers are pending, the system evaluates the context; it may skip secondary notifications if they are deemed less relevant to avoid over-saturation.
Manual Control: You can reorder the notifications in your dashboard by dragging the items into your preferred sequence.
2. AI Synthesis
