Save time with certified Loyalty Flows
To help you launch your loyalty communication strategy faster, we have submitted official Flow Templates to the Klaviyo Library. These templates follow our best practices for retention and include our specialized deep links logic out of the box.
How to access the templates
Since you already have the JeriCommerce integration active in your Klaviyo account , finding the templates is simple:
- Log in to your Klaviyo account.
- Navigate to Flows in the left-hand menu.
- Click on Browse Templates (top right).
- In the search bar or the integration filter, select JeriCommerce.
- Choose the template you want to use and click Create Flow.
Available Templates
We currently offer two essential flows designed to maximize redemption rates:
1. Reward Unlock Nudge
- Goal: Recover "sleeping" rewards.
- Trigger:
Reward redeemable - Logic: This flow waits for 24 hours after a customer earns a reward. It then checks if they have used it. If not, it sends a reminder email.
- Key Feature: The email button includes our smart
?jeri={rewardLink} parameter. This automatically opens your store and triggers the JeriCommerce widget, applying the reward with a single click .
2. Your Coupon is Ready
- Goal: Instant gratification.
- Trigger:
Coupon Assigned (from JeriCommerce platform). - Logic: Triggers immediately when a coupon is manually assigned to a customer or generated via a specific rule in our platform.
- Key Feature: Delivers the code immediately to the customer's inbox, ensuring they have their discount ready for their next purchase session.
Important Notes
- Branding: While the logic is pre-set, remember to update the email design to match your brand guidelines (Logo, Colors, Tone of Voice).
- Testing: We recommend using Klaviyo's "Preview" mode to ensure the dynamic variables (like
{{ event.rewardTitle }}) are populating correctly before setting the flow live.
