JeriCommerce turns the mobile wallet into a live customer rewards card. Whether the retailer is using JeriCommerce’s own reward engine or an existing loyalty provider, rewards are made visible, actionable, and frictionless — all from the customer's native wallet.
Two ways to manage rewards
Always up-to-date and accessible
Customers see their active rewards — with names, expiration dates, and redemption instructions — in their rewards profile (punctual rewards can also be displayed in the back of the wallet pass). They can also receive real-time push notifications when new rewards are available or about to expire, balance updaptes..
As customers complete loyalty actions (e.g. purchases, referrals, birthday), they earn rewards either through JeriCommerce logic via Shopify flow or a connected loyalty app. These rewards appear automatically on their Wallet Pass, with push notifications triggered to drive awareness. JeriCommerce either applies a Shopify discount code or displays synced content from the loyalty app depending on the source.
